- Roberto Randazzo, partner and head of the “ESG and Impact” industry at Legance, with a background in commercial and corporate law, has developed expertise in sustainability, ESG criteria, impact finance and social innovation, assisting investment funds, benefit corporations, B-Corps and impact-oriented companies. Adjunct professor at Politecnico di Milano and member of the Extended faculty of its Graduate School of Management, he is also Emeritus Director of Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers (GAIL), Officer of the Business Human Rights Committee of International Bar Association, Advisor of OECD and he is founder and board member of Assobenefit.
